These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our web application for generating Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
for construction and other high-risk work activities. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the JSA Generator platform.
- JSA: Job Safety Analysis, a document that identifies potential job-site hazards and outlines risk control measures, often required under OSHA, EM 385-1-1, or equivalent safety standards.
- Subscription: A recurring monthly or annual plan purchased through the platform, providing ongoing access to generate JSAs and related services during the active billing period.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree,
you must discontinue use of the platform and its services immediately.
3. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information when creating an account or managing their subscription.
- Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents generated comply with applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA and EM 385-1-1.
- Site-Specific Review: All JSAs generated must be reviewed and customized to reflect actual site conditions, work activities, and equipment used.
4. Use of the JSA Generator Platform
The JSA Generator platform is designed to assist users in creating Job Safety Analysis forms, examples, and templates.
These are intended as aids only and are not substitutes for professional safety or legal advice.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.
5. Subscription and Payment Policy
- Subscription Plans: Access to the JSA Generator platform is provided through recurring subscription plans.
- Free Trial: New users may be offered a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your selected subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Users authorize Generator Safety Group LLC to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis via Stripe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Partial months or unused time will not be credited or refunded.
- Failed Payments: If payment cannot be processed, access to the platform may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
- Pricing: Subscription prices are subject to change. Any change will take effect at the next billing cycle, with prior notice to users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and templates available on the JSA Generator platform are owned by Generator Safety Group LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Generator Safety Group LLC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of the JSA Generator platform or documents produced through it.
Users assume all responsibility for verifying that the generated JSAs are accurate and suitable for their specific worksite conditions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Termination does not entitle the user to any refund for the remaining subscription period.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida, USA.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
