This Privacy Policy outlines how Bookmint Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the JSA Generator platform to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA) forms, templates, and OSHA-compliant documents.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: We collect personal data you provide when registering, purchasing credits, or editing your account, including your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing details.
• Platform Usage: We log data related to your usage of JSA Generator, such as JSA templates generated, login timestamps, and pages visited.
• Cookies: Our site uses cookies and tracking technologies to monitor performance, enhance functionality, and personalize your user experience.

2. Use of Your Information

• Platform Access: We use your data to allow you to generate job safety analysis forms, manage account preferences, and access purchased credits.
• User Experience: Aggregated usage data helps us improve features, responsiveness, and performance of the JSA Generator platform.
• Service Communication: We may send updates about your account, credit status, safety form activity, and any changes to this privacy policy.

3. Information Sharing

6. Crew Sign-Off Records

When a worker signs a Job Safety Analysis using a sign-off link or QR code, we record the name and company they enter, the signature they draw, the date and time of signing, the revision of the JSA they signed, and the IP address and browser identification of the device used.

This information is collected so that the business that issued the JSA has a reliable record of who confirmed they had read it, what version they read, and when. That record is the purpose of the sign-off feature, and it may be relied on by the issuing business in a safety audit or an incident investigation.

The record belongs to the business that issued the JSA. We hold it on their behalf as a service provider and do not use it for any other purpose, do not sell it, and do not use it for advertising. Signature images are stored outside the public web root and are not accessible without authorization.

The IP address and browser identification are kept because a signature without them cannot be distinguished from one entered by someone else afterwards. They are not used to track individuals across our site.

Sign-off records are kept while the business that issued the JSA keeps it. They are deleted when that business deletes the JSA, 90 days after the account is closed (closure is on request to office@jsagenerator.com), and in any case 7 years after signing, whichever comes first.

If you have signed a JSA and want to know what was recorded or ask for it to be corrected or removed, contact the business that issued it. If you cannot reach them, contact us at office@jsagenerator.com and we will pass the request on.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may periodically revise this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Users with active accounts may be notified by email of major changes.
